An eighteen-hole golf course designed by Pete & Perry Dye of Dye Designs, International. The golf course is located on the slopes of Mauna Kea 2,000 feet above the Pacific Ocean, on the Big Island of Hawaii.

As far as golf courses in Hawaii go, Big Island Country Club is extremely unique with the emphasis on creating and maintaining the beautiful mountain environment while creating a truly memorable golf experience. The course has a range of five sets of tee grounds, yardage from 4,810 to 7,034.

Feature our signature holes are four par threes, the par five sixteenth, and the ninth and eighteenth holes. Of the par three holes the seventeenth will undoubtedly be revered. As the Big Island's only island green golf hole this 150 yard beauty will remain in the golfer's mind. A large lake surrounds the hole with tees measuring 79 to 182 yards.

Golf courses strive to be unique and to be in harmony with their environment. At BICC we have succeeded in providing the golfer with the most challenging of golf courses in an unbeatable surrounding. There will be no better vistas on any golf course anywhere and the golfing experience will be unsurpassed in the world.
